How to play against Sion
To beat Sion in Top on patch 26.20, start by knowing what you are up against: Sion is a balanced pick this patch with a 50.4% win rate across 1,402 ranked games at a 4.7% pick rate. Sion is strongest early (53.8% before 25 minutes) and falls off, so survive the early game and the matchup swings your way. Playing the matchup itself: Even if Sion still hits a Decimating Smash, making him release the charge earlier reduces its impact. Use the time after Sion has died to reposition and prepare for his return. Pick a counter from the list above, respect Sion's power spikes, and track its cooldowns so you only commit to trades when its key abilities are down. Counter data updates automatically every patch.
