How to play against Neeko
To beat Neeko in Support on patch 26.20, start by knowing what you are up against: Neeko is an off-meta pick this patch with a 48.7% win rate across 5,841 ranked games at a 1.6% pick rate. The champions that beat Neeko hardest right now are
Janna,
Nami,
Thresh: Janna wins 54.3% of the lane against it. Any of these is a safe counter pick. Neeko is strongest early (51.5% before 25 minutes) and falls off, so survive the early game and the matchup swings your way. Playing the matchup itself: Standing behind minions against Neeko is very dangerous as Tangle-Barbs become stronger. Pop Blossom's warning visuals are invisible if Neeko is disguised. Pick a counter from the list above, respect Neeko's power spikes, and track its cooldowns so you only commit to trades when its key abilities are down. Counter data updates automatically every patch.
