How to play against Singed
To beat Singed in Top on patch 26.20, start by knowing what you are up against: Singed is a situational pick this patch with a 51.7% win rate across 15,647 ranked games at a 2.5% pick rate. The champions that beat Singed hardest right now are
Teemo,
Gangplank,
Jayce: Teemo wins 56.6% of the lane against it. Any of these is a safe counter pick. Singed is strongest early (50.7% before 25 minutes) and falls off, so survive the early game and the matchup swings your way. Playing the matchup itself: Keep your distance to avoid being Flung back into Singed's allies. Singed needs to run close to your team to be effective. Try to take advantage of this by using crowd control effects on him while attacking his allies. Be careful when chasing Singed. He's very difficult to bring down, and can leave his Poison Trail to damage you in your pursuit. Pick a counter from the list above, respect Singed's power spikes, and track its cooldowns so you only commit to trades when its key abilities are down. Counter data updates automatically every patch.
