How to play against Poppy
To beat Poppy in Support on patch 26.20, start by knowing what you are up against: Poppy is a situational pick this patch with a 50.9% win rate across 1,134 ranked games at a 1.6% pick rate. Poppy scales: its win rate climbs to 62.9% past 40 minutes, so deny it farm early and force fights before it comes online. Playing the matchup itself: Poppy can stop nearby enemies from dashing with Steadfast Presence. When Poppy starts to spin her hammer, she is charging Keeper's Verdict. You can step on Poppy's shield to deny it from her. Pick a counter from the list above, respect Poppy's power spikes, and track its cooldowns so you only commit to trades when its key abilities are down. Counter data updates automatically every patch.
