Guerrilla Warfare

If Teemo stands still and takes no actions for a short duration, he becomes Invisible indefinitely. If he's in brush, Teemo can enter and maintain his Invisibility while moving. After leaving Invisibility, Teemo gains the Element of Surprise, increasing his Attack Speed for a few seconds.

As Teemo

Teemo's mushrooms can be used to farm creep waves very effectively.
Place your mushrooms at key locations on the map, such as by the Dragon or Baron Nashor, to reveal when your enemies might be attempting to kill them.

Against Teemo

Teemo's Toxic Shot punishes players who get hit and back out, so stay at a safe range until you're ready to commit.
It can be valuable to use Oracle's Lens(Trinket) to destroy mushrooms around key locations.
// Lore

Undeterred by even the most dangerous and threatening of obstacles, Teemo scouts the world with boundless enthusiasm and a cheerful spirit. A yordle with an unwavering sense of morality, he takes pride in following the Bandle Scout's Code, sometimes with such eagerness that he is unaware of the broader consequences of his actions. Though some say the existence of the Scouts is questionable, one thing is for certain: Teemo's conviction is nothing to be trifled with.

Ability details
Innate: Teemo gains invisibility after 1.5 seconds without moving, taking non-over time damage, performing actions that break stealth, channeling, or being in stasis. Teemo will maintain stealth so long as he remains idle and is not displaced. While in brush, Teemo gains the stealth even while moving and can move without breaking stealth, but will lose the stealth in this case if he is knocked up.
Innate - Element of Surprise: When Teemo breaks the stealth, he gains 20 – 80 for 4 (based on level) bonus attack speed for 5 seconds.

Notes

  • Element of Surprise's buff does not stack with itself, only refreshes on subsequent triggers within the duration.
  • All forced action effects will break Guerilla Warfare's stealth while Teemo is standing outside of brush. While he is inside brush, all of them will also break the stealth if he is forced to move outside brush.
  • Berserk and taunt can additionally break the stealth if Teemo is forced to use a basic attack, which is an action that breaks stealth by default.
  • Guerilla Warfare's stealth is special-cased to be interrupted whenever Teemo moves from his location by any means (Move order, dash, or blink), thus, performing actions that do not normally break stealth which also involve movement will cause the stealth to break. If Teemo is in a brush, however, the stealth is not broken by the above effects so long as his destination location is still inside brush.
  • Using a basic attack breaks the stealth at the end of the attack windup.
